At its meeting on January 11, 2021, Flemington Borough Council awarded a contract for the Existing Water Tank Improvement Project to Dulane Contracting Co. of Gladstone, NJ. Four bids were received for the project, and Dulane Contracting submitted the lowest responsive bid of $4,124,479.00 for the base bid.
