Flemington Borough is proposing to change the purpose and/or use of approximately 0.3 acres of Tuccamirgan Park from outdoor and open parkland to a community garden. The community garden will be enclosed with an 8-foot deer fence with plots available for rent by all residents of New Jersey on a first-come, first-served basis. A public hearing will be held online-only to obtain public comment on this proposed change. It will be held during the regular Council meeting on March 22, 2021, at 7:30 p.m., through Zoom.
