Traffic Advisory: Alert for Flemington Borough Residents and Businesses

This week marked the restart of the Main Street Water and Sewer Rehabilitation Project, which will continue over the next five months. As part of this essential work, the contractor will need to access utilities at the intersection of Church Street and Main Street, requiring closures during the rehabilitation.

Schedule for Intersection Closures (Weather permitting):

• Friday, January 10: Closed from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM; the intersection will reopen for Friday afternoon and remain open through the weekend.
• Starting Monday, January 13: Closures will occur Monday through Thursday next week during active construction hours. 7:00am - 5:00pm (Garbage pickup will not be interrupted)

Additional Detour Information:

• Church Street Traffic Traveling North on Main Street: Detoured via Broad Street to New Jersey Avenue, then to East Main Street, to Hopewell Ave.
• Southbound Main Street Traffic: Detoured at Mine Street to the Route 12 Circle.
