Road Closure Alert: Park Ave & Court St.

Starting Wednesday, December 31, utility work will require road closures near Park Avenue and Court Street, by the middle school.

Details:

One lane of Park Avenue and Court Street between Park Avenue and Allen Street will be closed during active construction.
Borough Hall parking lot and Reading-Fleming Middle School will only be accessible from Allen Street while work is underway.
Court Street will reopen at the end of each workday.
When school is in session, Court Street will not close until after 8:30 AM.
Weather permitting, work is expected to last approximately two weeks.

Once Park Avenue work is complete, Court Street alone will be closed between Park Avenue and the Allen/Court Street intersection.
