NOTICE OF HEARING
PERIODIC REVIEW OF THE BOROUGH OF FLEMINGTON
MASTER PLAN HISTORIC ELEMENT
In compliance with the applicable provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law and the ordinances of the Borough of Flemington, County of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey, notice is hereby given that a public hearing shall be held to consider the review and adoption of amendments to the Historic Element of the Borough of Flemington Master Plan” prepared by Elizabeth McManus, PP, AICP, LEED AP of Kyle McManus Associates, LLC.
All documents relating to this hearing may be examined by the public during normal business hours, Monday through Friday at the Borough of Flemington Municipal Building located at 38 Park Avenue, Flemington, NJ 08822 and a copy of the documents proposed to be adopted shall be on file and available for public inspection at least 10 days before the date of the hearing.
Any person or persons interested in this matter shall have an opportunity to be heard at a public hearing to be held at the regular meeting of the Borough of Flemington Planning Board on August 27, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Borough of Flemington Municipal Building at 38 Park Avenue, Flemington, NJ 08822 at which time and place all persons interested therein will be given an opportunity to be heard. The meeting will also be offered virtually using the ‘Zoom Webinar’ internet platform. Instructions to join these meetings are as follows:
